Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control:

  • Western & Southern EU: 7–14 business days
  • Nordic & Eastern EU: 10–18 business days
  • North America: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 14–30 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes For orders shipped within the EU, VAT may be included or collected at checkout depending on your country. For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may be assessed by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at creative.domain.2020@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. HI-TECH TO PICK is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, or events beyond our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at creative.domain.2020@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
